HJ shirt

Hello,
Picked this up many years ago and just getting round to posting to see what it is. It looks very similar to HJ shirts I have seen but it appears to have never had pocket flaps and the buttons are not HJ/DJ. Anybody know what it is?

Not HJ at all . Missing many détails , not only the flaps ...
Italian summer shirt with 3 buttons ? Missing the Pocket flaps in that case ?

Thanks, Nick. As far as i can tell , it never had pocket flaps, so I have no idea what it could be. I may try to post it in the international section to see if anyone there can help, but it might not help as for all I know it could be a post war scout shirt of some type. I don't think it's military due to the small size.
