NO, absolutely not! The records of most GPB holders, as well as other classifications of TR personalities, is researchable through the National Archives and Records Administration, College Park MD. Unfortunately, these records were photographed as found in the post-WWII era and are unorganized as they appear on film. But there are professional researchers who specialize in locating individual records, so do not despair!
