The SA buckle looks fine to me, though I never discuss prices. That said, exterior leather portion of the belt appears to be quite new to my eye; it may be that it was never used during the period and is pristine today for that reason. Photography often make certain items appear to be newer than they are, as well, so one would need to see this belt in person to get a better opinion.
