Nice NSBO-flag (name according Ortsgruppe der NSDAP). Butzbach was located south of Giessen.
The number is related to a concern or factory, which was authorized to use a flag.

Wonder how many NSBO-flags there were, as it was just a small city. These days it has about 25,000 inhabitants.
