Hard to say from one fuzzy photo--is the band cotton or wool? Is the disc cotton or wool? Are the stripes cotton, rayon, or metal bullion Tresse?

yes the other one did it for me just wanted to be sure .I have only seen these with the full weave right through and seing the tapes to the rear as well.

You can find these with several different methods of construction but the stitching, material weave, and technique don't look good to me.
