The design of the swastika rising from over the horizon is reminiscent of the early Hitler Youth badge logo; it also brings to mind the logo of the German-American Bund logo.

That first example shown appears to be a tenth anniversary award of some sort -- 1926-1936 -- ? Interesting that there's no maker mark...??
