Rkb enamel veteran signs -- good?

    http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru....php?t=1009144

please see this link above from another WAF forum and comment. I attach more fotos here. experts kindly chime in, for example Wim, Mr. Saris, Torsten and whomever knows these stove baked enamels signs. I can't find another for the RKB, let alone a 2-plaque set. if someone has a fair Estand range for them that would be extra nice cheers!

The shield looks right with known examples
            And doesn’t look artificially aged
Looks like a good one if it’s vaulted

                Hello,
I don't own any of these signs but in Mr. Saris book "Wall Plaques and Official Office Signboards of Hitler's Third Reich" it says these plaques should be of enameled iron, be vaulted with no markings and size for the plaque shown in the book is 19.5 cm x 15.0 cm. As I said I can't comment on originality because I have not handled any of them, I am only passing on information.

thanks a lot bill, it's in conformance with mr. saris in all ways.

I am very skeptical with this model. It reminds me of the design that fakers from Eastern countries have made in recent years. I would not buy it.

                    regards
                    Mike

Lots if signs are reproduced these days. The one in my book, which was published in 2009, was in a European collection for over twenty years at that moment.
