I haven't seen one like this before- I was wondering if any of you had?

Looks like it should be SA or maybe NSKK- the tab is quite long so maybe the latter?

Locally made ...WH Schirmmütze Edelweiss sewn on a party black collar patch .
When ?
More usual would be the Austrian type Edelweiss on a patch !

No idea for whom it was meant.
The SA nor NSKK did wear this flower upon a collar-patch!
