Wait for more experienced opinions but the eagle detail looks identical to one of my 15 year NSDAP that an experienced member attributed to B. H. Mayers of Pforzheim. I cant see the ring on mine but the member in question said some have maker mark "2" on the ring which stands for RZM 11/2. Your ribbon also looks original to me
