party badge rear

Hi there .Could you have a look at this for me .
I do not like the rear of this badge .The RZM is shocking the attachment is one that is used still on modern badges however the hinge plate is maker marked ???
So if I could have a few views here please.

The RZM number and maker name in the plate don't match. Plus M1/129 never made party pins.

Another difference is that design above the pin plate...at first glance it appears to be the logo of the RZM, but on second look it isn't.
