There is a small scratch through most of the stamping but it is WaA706. The top stamp is GXY 1943? Why stamped twice?

GXY is the manufacturer code of „Gebrüder Klinge“ from Dresden
1943 is the year of production

WaA means „Waffenamt-Abnahme“ (acceptance stamp of the administrative authority for weapons)
706 is the assigned number of the inspector for the a.m. manufacturer

So the eagle is not SA, but belongs to the WaA acceptance stamp
