From these photos, all of the items are original. The collar of the shirt doesn't match the shirt (it's from a PL shirt) as a collar would be the same color as the shirt. The pre-tied neck tie matches some I have and have seen in the RZM Herstellungsvorschrift.

PL--Politischer Leiter--political leader. So NSDAP leader and not SA, SS, NSKK, etc.
