M1/128 is a valid licensed RZM maker - it's M1/129 that is always bogus. I've never seen M1/128 (Eugen Schmidhäussler, Pforzheim) HJ honor badges, so likely a modern fake. M1/128 did make standard party pins and is maybe best known for making Political Leader gorgets.
