Nothing wrong with Fisher's set, just not attributed.

Ehm? You mean it's not the set for sale?

No one is identified as original owner

No one is doubting the originality of this set of GPBs, but in order to provide a name and a bit of history to this matched pair, the new owner would need to have one of the professional researchers look into NSDAP Membership Number 98000. That will probably cost a couple of hundred dollars but it will also increase the value of the set, and depending upon what is discovered about the original Träger, it could increase the value substantially if the original holder was a noted individual.

Both badges have wear issues which effect the finish of each one, and the Fuess-style badge has not only had its pin replaced but it has also had its central cloisonne disk remounted to the base plate...and it was mounted incorrectly...but IMO this set is original to the period.
