What awards to be worn on this NSFK tunic?

Hello all,

Was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to what badges I should display on this blouse. I believe the central most badge is missing the upper loop but to be honest I see no prior evidence of one being above. Also to note is how big and wide the lower loop is, the pin must have been HUGE. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest that you measure the distance between the thread loops and post them to this thread. Usually, the distance between the two loops was meant to fit a specific badge exactly. The two parallel loops at the top of the pocket please see the picture below.

Sorry but you are incorrect. There were GPBs with horizontal pins.

I'm sure the top slot is for a gold party badge, such as a 24mm Feuss or if that's too small a 30mm Deschler, both of which utilize a horizontal pin.

On a tunic, the large size GPB would be worn per regulations. While the horizontal pin was typically the standard, the military style vertical pin was also available. From the pictures in the old thread you see the applied GPB tilting down. Looks funny ...

Hello again,

I put these badges on with the SA sports award utilizing three loops and I think it looks pretty natural and correct this way.
