      What is the diameter of the rim? Are the rims metal covered? Is the paint scheme orange and black or ? Are the ends of the tightening screws triangular or square?

          I measured my drums (military and political)--all are about 38cm X 17cm. The rims are like yours--wood with a metal skin. I would assume yours is for younger drummers because of the smaller size, but I am not familiar enough with HJ or DJ drums to know if yours might be for members of one of these youth organizations.
