If need the A4-numbers consult my "Handbook of the HJ".
A4/23 = Walter Hess from Annaberg.

The A4-numbers missing according what ivbaust shows are also included there.
268 = Alex Wunderwald Düsseldorfer Fahnenfabrik, Düsseldorf. The concern lost its permission February 15, 1936
798 = Hermann W. Böhmer. This concern got its permission March 13, 1937
800 = Margarete Heissmann, Bremen. She got her permission March 13, 1937, but lost it soon on March 5, 1938
