Never any big stuff for me but 2018 did bring a few welcome additions to my little bird collection. Completed my set of M1/72 (Zimmernann) and M1/44 (Dinzel) M39 aluminum eagles and found a nice matched set of M1/16 (Franke & Co) aluminum Political Leaders cap iinsignia without the cockade unfortunatly but hard to say if this maker also made a (M 1/16 marked) cockade...

I'd be hesitant about how real this actually is. All the pieces are real but the armband is for a reserve member (which this uniform is not for). The shoulderboard is in bad shape compared to the rest of the uniform. Especially the tabs and piping. Without better pictures of the underside of the collar, I'd say this might be a 'put together'. This is the case in many SA brownshirts.

Yes, I understand the armband isn't original to the uniform. I'm out of town for a while, and don't have pics of the sewing, but I've inspected it, and believe it to be original. I didn't mind buying the uniform with the wrong armband since the armband itself is worth $200+ by itself and didn't have one. Also, the shoulder board shows consistent wear with the rest of the uniform IMO.
At one point this uniform has been reviewed on the WAF and was given the "good to go" by everyone in the thread. I understand your concern though, many SA shirts are put together, but with the exception of the armband, I believe the insignia to be original to the shirt.

Here is one of my best finds this year.

One of the eight marble-topped coffee tables used in the Eagle's Nest. This one was removed by a local soon after liberation, and used in his house until the 1980s.
