Collar tab ID help needed, musicians???

The buckrum backing material looks like it may be authentic, but the black wool material is certainly unusual.
If the tabs are authentic, assuming the piping was originally silver, they're more likely to be Berlin SA than SS.
Also....not sure if officer ranks wore double musical lyres.
