I agree: both pieces are original to the period. The M-1939 PL Cap Eagle was made by the firm of Willy Annetsberger of Munich (RZM license M1/83) and the late issue painted zinc NSDAP Membership Badge was made by the firm of Schröder & Co. of Lüdenscheid (RZM license M1/108).
