Hello all I have had this for some time, it came in a lot with mostly ok items and couple obvious reproductions. Not sure on this one and would like your opinions. Thanks for your help.

Wait for other opinions but it looks like a nice 1st pattern NSDAP bird made of nickel to me

I agree, nice example of what most collectors call either 1st type NSDAP eagle or M29 type. There are many variations, some marked and some not.

It looks like an original M-29 cap eagle to me; would have been used on either the early kepis or the peaked caps. Very nice condition.
