Unfinished (?) Gau tabs

These appear to be Gau Gemeinschaftsleiter level tabs from the 39-45) period. (missing the birds, of course)

I would welcome any/all observations.

IMO the tabs are fine, but pips are suspicious - they don’t look like period devices.

I’m seeing not a gold washed finish on the pips, most likely it is some kind of anodizing.
