Littlejohn & Dodkins
John Angolia
Wilhelm Saris
Any other books I'm missing? Do any of the headgear books have good sections on youth headgear?

Yes, an excellent reference source. I'm looking primarily for more information on the correction construction and makers of HJ and related headgear.
