What is the difference between Reichslevel and Ordensburgen?

Reichslevel golden yellow ( Goldgelb )
Ordensburgen lemon yellow ( Zitronen gelb )

    correct?

One of the Ordensburgen specialists can address your question better, but it appears that pre-war, the Ordensburgen utilized an orange-yellow piping, and then switched to lemon-yellow during the war years.

IMO, it is a Form 3 that has been period upgraded to conform with the new regulations.

The leather visor is rarely found on even Form 3 visors (and almost never on Form 4s).

Another from the Ordensburg Vogelsang horde.

According to Bob Coleman, these hats were intended for the Junker class of 1943, but the school shut down at that time, and the hats remained in storage until being discovered by the Allies at the end of the war. All these are made by Clemens Wagner (#4).
