My question was for my tab?
        What was the unit?
        SA or other political organizations?
        Many thanks.

Set of collar tabs in Post #1 with silver piping + blue piping are not SA tabs.

I don't think anyone here knows........
And if they don't know here at WAF.......it's definitely a mystery.
They're too elongated to be SA tabs and the oak leaf would be in the center, not at one end.
I've seen that style of blue piping on original collar tabs, so tabs may be real. However, the poor construction of the oak leaf makes me question that.
              Assuming they're authentic, IMO they're pre-Nazi era.

I took the opportunity to check my many regulations from a number of organizations (known and unknown, over 30 in total).
In none of them this type of collar-patches was included, not even coming close.
The oblong form and type of oakleaf with acorns is no match. Bahnschutz was the closest, but the oakleaf is positioned in the
middle of the oblong. Further the two pipings are not mentioned.
In my opinion they are not used during the TR period, nor the pre-nazi era.

Will we ever known, on the understanding they are original (which I doubt)?

Maybe you start to research yourself to find the answer!
I am researching since the early 1970's and have numerous regulations, in which such patches are not noted about! So, good luck…….
