An oddity

I may have seen one of these once before. It struck a chord when I got this with a big vet lot.
I believe this is an SA Mann on a horse.
There is a swastika on both sides of the horse blanket and I think I see a swastika armband on his left arm.
This is not a tinnie. It has width and may weigh an ounce.
Not sure of the horse's tail is broken off or if it is 'bobbed', which I know was done sometimes.

Weighs in at 1.65 ounces, so far heavier than tin.
And it has thickness, dimension wise.

I honestly don't know. It doesn't seem that malleable.
