Stamp in HJ Armband opinion?

Hello Guys,
I have this multi-parts HJ armband. It has a Fireman stamp. Is this a real and original Stamp or pos-war imaginary Stamp?
Is this armband good?

Armband itself looks okay. But the stamp appears to be for the US Navy fire patrol. So definitely not original to the armband! Perhaps added by the souvenir taker.
