NSKK insignia

Am I on the right track to say the tabs and "checkered" looking boards are NSKK?
I think they look ok but would always appreciate others thoughts

Yes, with the exception of the German Army Oberst shoulder board (116th Inf.) and collar tab.

It all looks good to me and indeed the tabs and checkerboard shoulder boards are NSKK. The Army shoulder board and collar tab don't look bad IMO--am I missing something?
