    I must say that I don't like this piece, but there are colleagues here who have studied this award much closer than I have and hopefully you'll see their opinions soon.

              My problem was with the letters of the motto across the top of the reverse...they appear to me to be uneven...but if you all think this is OK, then that's fine with me!
