I'd be leery about this one. For starters, a wool and rayon/cotton armband for the HJ is not something I've run across on a tunic before. The RZM label doesn't look right and whether it's original or not, the "B" level for a wool armband is incorrect--it should likely be a "D" for a wool band. IMO it's modern.
