My dad got this at an auction along with a luftschultz gladiator helmet for 80 bucks (25 years ago) lol can anyone tell me what the inscription on the inside says?

It is probably a faint RZM marking on a bolt of material indicating it is approved for making "NSDAP Kampfbinde"
