SA Mann with Feldherrnhalle cuff title and FHH metal collar insignia. The inscription reads '? von Sohn Karl. Ausgangsuniform'.

First word is "gewidmet" (wrong written as gewittmet) or dedicated.

Thanks Thomas! No wonder I couldn't read the word.

Seeing that photo reminded me of a photograph in a Chinese magazine, being a copy of the German publication 'Geburstags-Parade 20th April 1939 Berlin.'
The final picture (they are all in colour) shows Feldherrnhalle SA men disbursing at the end of the parade, but what is interesting is the eagle worn by them above the right hand breast pocket.
            Any ideas?

It looks like a Luftwaffe eagle.

A tough eagle to find--it's a LW eagle embroidered onto SA model II wool. I believe they were only worn for a short while. The LW eagle came into being due to Göring choosing to take Lutze's gift of honorary command of the Feldherrnhalle literally.
Thanks for posting the photo, wessel!
Also interesting is the difference in color between the 2 SA members' tunics and caps. It doesn't appear to be a lighting anomaly since the SA member behind them has a better color match, apparently.
