      Piping

      Don't let that SA tab-faker on E-bay see this...............lol!
If it IS authentic and period-made, it's likely for Marine SA, which had dark blue/white collar piping. If the actual color is lighter, closer to royal blue, it could be for SA Gruppe Franken.
The piping should be soft and supple.......if the individual strands are hard and stiff, it's likely more modern-made piping.

        Piping

Judging by pic #2 alone, the piping looks really shiny.
Some early piping is shiny somewhat, but most SA collar piping in the 1933-1938 era was NOT very shiny in appearance. It's more "pearly" looking.
If it's 3mm piping, it's for the collar, and 2mm piping for the jr. officer collar tabs.
Let's see what others have to say.............

It could also be postwar "Trachten" piping ?
Did you try the blue lamp test ?

                Piping

If it's 2 mm, then it's collar-tab piping, and assuming it's authentic, it would be for Marine SA.
Are individual strands supple or stiff?

It looks legitimate to me. There are several types of thread that were used to make SA piping--some are cotton, some are polished cotton that looks something like silk or rayon, some are rayon or a mix of rayon and cotton, and, for higher leaders prewar or wartime ( or for any leader rank after the simplification of insignia) metal bullion in silver (aluminum) or gold and cellulon in white or golden yellow. The fact that it's UV negative is a very good sign.
