Thoughts on Armband

Hi all,

After being out of the hobby for a few years (and away from the boards here), I've dipped my toes back in so to speak. Looking for opinions on this armband...

I'm far from an expert so I'm hesitant to offer any of my opinions on it, looking forward to what other members have to say.

Fabric is wrong first of all.
And the rzm tag is atrocious.
Study known originals as there are a few variations.
Does the white fabric in the roundel glow under UV light???

Apart from the construction of the swastika I've seen a few that look almost exactly like it that were reported to be original. Not saying you're wrong at all just my limited observation.

And no, nothing glows under blacklight.

This is an early RZM tag pattern, not a reproduction. It is possible it was added to this armband. I don't really see anything wrong with this armband personally besides the RZM tag not being on something that is a pattern of early RZM wool bands I'm familiar with.

Thanks! It's possible it got stuck in there, it was in a bunch of other armbands and it's barely hanging on..

That is a good armband. I have a few myself. Early one. There are so many variants with these. Repros are pretty easy to spot once you handle a few originals.
