Beautiful display in great condition Bill and I just love the Gau Baden badge

I know little about NSDAP uniforms so take it with a grain of salt but the only thing that looks a bit out of place to me is the ribbon bar...If the guy is entitled to the blood order and the Gold Party badge indicating early NSDAP membership and the uniform is from 1939 (M39 cap eagle & wreath) or later wouldnt he be showing at least one (10 years) or two (10 & 15 years) NSDAP award ribbons on his bar

            Best

Yes, a Kreisleiter. With those high of rank (pay grade) tabs, it's the only position it could be.

It ain't necessarily so.......the 1939 uniforms came out several months before the Party Long Service medals were authorized and issued. For one moment, this Kreisleiter was wearing the proper medals accorded to him for his service.

Just tell people you wanted to show him just as he was just a few months into the war.
