    SA Feldherrnhalle Gorget.

    Good Morning Gents!

I would like to know your opinion, on this Feldhernnhalle Gorget, punching RZM M1 / 128 (Eugen Shmidaussler of Pforzheim)!
This Gorget is on sale at Weitze's site...!

Weitze bought it in one of Klaus's auctions.
This means that Klaus also believes it is original....!

I've always known that this kind of Gorget has been considered
a copy of the only one considered original produced by Gahr with RZM M1 / 83.

Did I miss anything? something has changed in general opinion
    on this kind of Gorget?
Thank you so much for your opinion guys!
    Gian.

        Hello Gian!

Thanks for sharing. I do not collect Gorgets but willing to learn. What, in your opinion makes this a fake? Not necessarily you need to tell everything : )

I do--the book says that there can be several different RZM codes, e.g. M1/83 in a circle, M1/87 in a line, and that unmarked examples have also been found.
Nearly all of the examples found were maker marked and had no long prongs (on their reverse).

              Hi Erich!
              M1/83......M1/87.....it's OK.
But about the central long prong, these can be one Variant....?
Or.....it's a copy also these one?

Nothing new by Weitze. He has no experts on Gorgets. Few months back he was selling fake SA-Feldjägerkorps gorget around 4500€.

I do not like this Feldherrnhalle too. I have seen some of them, which were found near by Prag (there were big numbers Feldherrnhalle members) and all were marked 83 in circle. I still have one of them. And it's identical as gorget on #2 post here.

                  Best, Luko.
