help needed NSKK sturm location

Hello,
has anybody can help me to identify the NSKK 11/M80 ? I found nothing in the www.

Only clue i have is that the shoulderstrap has brown lining (westmark or niedersachsen)

as far as i can see it in Ulric of Englands Deutschland er**** book,
M80 = Motorsturm 80
11 = Standarte Schwerin (Ostsee) green markings

According to the information which I find, the first numbers indicates the location Inside the region (indicated by the shoulderstrap color) . Staffel 1 = Sturm 1 to 9 implanted in the main city. Staffel 2 = 11 and more in the surrendings villages.

So if it's correct, Brown shoulderboard mean Gaue Westmark
M80 would be in the Sarrebruck campaign....

Don't know if my logic is good....
