I've never seen one like this but I don't see anything that would make me doubt that it's original. It may have been sold as a craft kit with the outlines printed on the fabric.

Its just an eagle with no connection to any organisation. Patriotic pillow (and certainly not meant to sleep on) one can buy those days, like flags, posters etc.
