Hitler silverware informal pattern and political leader silverware

Share with everyone two forks and one spoon.

The informal AH ones are measured around 7 1/2 inches. The other one is measured around 8 1/2 inches, and I assume it's for high ranking political leader use?

The fork and spoon in the AH Informal Pattern look fine to me. The fork in notes #1-3 is a pattern I've not seen before; it's apparently a Bruckmann piece but it's silver-plated, not solid silver.
