Here is my Linz bust.
I paid £300 for it, admittedly 17 years ago from Manions (remember them?). It is dedicated to a senior Luft NCO at Risstissen Fliegerhorst in Nov 1940.
The dedication on yours seems to be to a Choir Master and, with all due respect, I feel would hold the value down somewhat.
Wittman's asking price is ludicrous for a reasonably common bust, and I would say in the region of £600 for your example.
