Hitler Coin, Repro/Modern Production?

Im sure this is a modern reproduction but the work in the detail is very nice, before chucking in the junk box i would like your opinions please

This is a copy and appears to be made like a proof coin, which is different than the original table medals of this design. The originals don't have a polished background nor milled edge.

I'm pretty sure Hitler was never on any coins of that era.
