HJ armband with horizontal blue stripe?? Please help!

Hi, I really wish I had a photo...but it was something caught at a glance- I did get to hold it... standard printed HJ - with a thin blue stripe running horizontal from the diamond points all around the band... guy thought it was signals or communications but I can find no evidence of this existing anywhere. ... please help/advise or opine... was there ever an HJ armband with a blue stripe?
