        It appears to be a cast piece, Keith. I'm not 100% certain- (probably 95% though)....but I would lean toward repro in this case.

          The design of this piece is odd: it appears that the wreathed swastika on the face of the ring is lying on it's side. From the blurred photo in note #3, we see the ribbons which normally form the bottom of the oakleaf wreath surround design are rendered here on the right side of the ring...? The photos are blurred and indistinct so it is difficult to get a positive impression of this piece, but if there are no maker's marks or silver content stamped to the inside of the band, I don't get a good feeling about this ring.

            poor photos,,but you can see its a rough cast. Has shallow , mushy details.
            A 4th reich piece for sure,,,let someone else get that one.....
