RZM marked brown cross strap, never seen this construction...

Hi, this strap came out of the woodwork today, I never see this kind of construction with the rivets and the metal clip for adjusting the length.
    Did one of you?
    Thanks
    Udo

Such cross straps are common for Luftwaffe officer belts with double claw buckle. The RZM mark should not be there, but things happen.

The Army also wore this pattern/color in the 30s. If it's only the metal parts that have an RZM mark, it's not uncommon. From that period, manufacturers often put their trademark, maker's info, and RZM info, on clips and buckles that could be worn by multiple organizations.
