Question, what organization or organizations wore black corduroy riding pants?

SS, pre-1934 Motor-SA, & NSKK are 3 I know of who wore black breeches.
If there is an RZM tag, it is often found on the inside of breeches underneath the rear pocket.
PS: I just noticed you said "corduroy"........that would make it earlier...if I'm correct.
That would restrict it to SS and Motor-SA - I don't know if NSKK wore corduroy, as NSKK was formed in 1934.
No RZM tag will be found if the breeches were made prior to 1933.

Yes, I've seen original tagged corduroy examples for the HJ and NSKK. They were permitted, if memory serves, to be worn during the warmer months.
