    NSDAP Long Service 10 - Maker ID "15" ?

    Hi Guys,

My LS Medal is marked with "15". I have a few questions about it.

Does this mean, it is by "Karl Wurster" or "Friedrich Orth" ?

Is this the Zinc, Cupal or Bronze Version?

Where is the difference between the single-piece and the two-piece version and which one is this?

And is this the heavy or light version?

The complete bar (!) weighs only 40gr.

    Sorry for all those question

    Best,
    Nicolas

PS: I saw a chart with the different makers and pictures of the LS eagles once.
    Does anyone have it?

      Hi,

      Thanks for your reply.

So this is an early light-weight single-piece cupal version made by Karl Wurster.

The RZM code was omitted in the marking: M11 NSDAP Long Service Medals.

M11/15 stands for Karl Wurster, Markneukirchen.

          Thanks for your reply.

Can you confirm, that this is a Cupal Version?

Honestly, IMO the Wurster is my favourite! Surprise! Haha!

Edit: This was the chart, I meant:

Nice medal bar Nicolas. Yes, it looks the same finish as the 10 year cupal (marked 21) in my NSDAP pair: one part and light compared to zink or bronze/tombac versions

            Regards

            JC

              Thanks JC,

Superb Bar ! I love the dark blue of the 15 Year.
