nsdap tabs help

These aren't my photos and they are rather blurry/lousy.
Interested in the tab on the right, in bullion, I suspect. I'm not well versed in the political aspect and all the ones Ive seen are with metal birds. Did some tabs come like this?

Yes, one had the choice of buying 'production-line' tabs with metal eagles, pips and other features, or ordering custom-made pieces like the one on the right. Here's an interesting website:
