What do you think about this ribbon?
Maybe from a Spanish cross? or German eagle order?

Is possible to know if is original?

If is Original it has any value?

It looks like an Eagle Order neck ribbon--what is the size/width of the ribbon? Have you checked to see whether or not the white stripe reacts to UV light?

At first glance it looks like an original ribbon for an Order of the German Eagle neck (1 St or 3Rd Eagle Order according to the time and ordinances) Although the piece of tape does not seem original ... is authentic period according to its characteristics but the way they have sewn the different thin strips red to tie the neck makes it think that it is a piece of replacement.

Aver if tomorrow I have time and I publish some photos so that you see more clearly to which I refer...

Look at the measurements and the way the small fabric used to tie the ribbon to the neck. I believe that your tape has correct measurements of a primordial tape (4.5 centimeters) but was later replaced by deterioration of the previous one

I measured it, and here are the measures:

Large, From end to end: 89cm
Large, only the wide part: 48cm
Wide: 4.6cm
