    I can't ever remember seeing BDM members wearing sidecaps. I believe they wore a beret-shaped cap.
    The cap appears to be an original HJ cap. I read on WAF forum somewhere, that it isn't uncommon for HJ & BDM items to have mixed-up RZM tags. I cannot verify this, though.

        Cap is not BDM. I've seen these caps before with the same tag. I don't know what the origin or reason this tag is in that cap. This cap normally has a brown colored tag on the inside similar in color to some political caps. The cap looks period to me from the photos.

          I already had mixed HJ/BDM tags , like for jackets ?

                I believe the BDM rzm tags were just used up before they started the generic Rzm wartime tags came out
