Yes, I think this example of the NSKK Traffic Direction Service Gorget is original to the period...though that's about all I can say to commend this piece. The neck chain, the backing cover and the clips are all missing and it appears to be in "ground dug" or "relic" condition -- rusted, scraped and bent.

Covered with gorget is but it is not kinked or is not dented. Dirt on the back of mostly old adhesive (sticky was felt).
Price 100/150 USD seems to me to be rather low.
